Psinergy Natural Health & Holistic Wellness Receives 2015 Best of Minneapolis Award P
sinergy Natural Health & Holistic Wellness has been selected for the 2015 Best of Minneapolis Award in the Holistic Medicine Practitioner category by the Minneapolis Award Program. Each year, the Minneapolis Award Program identifies companies they be-
lieve have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small busi- ness through service to their customers and the community. These exceptional companies help make the Minneapolis area a great place in which to live, work and play. The program’s analysis focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners in each catego- ry are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the program and data provided by third parties. Recognition is given to those companies that have shown the ability to use their best practices and implemented programs to generate competitive advantages and long-term value.

Open Heart Holiday Concert
H
olly House Center for
Integrated Health Care hosts the Open Heart Holiday Concert from 3 to 5:30 p.m., December 6 on the campus of St. Catherine University. The concert features the exquisite sound of Ashana with readings by Joan Steffend and Dr. Patricia Lawler.
Ashana
Ashana offers a rare spiritually ori- ented musical experience in an eclectic style. From her haunting rendition of The Lord’s Prayer in the original Aramaic, to a Sufi chant, Latin verse, Gaelic song and Eastern mantra, Ashana blends Western and ethnic instruments with the unique drone of crystal singing bowls to create transcendent music for healing, relaxation and meditation hailed by lis- teners the world over as “breathtaking” and “a gift from Heaven.” Ashana has received international acclaim for her CD recordings All Is Forgiven, Jewels of Silence, Beloved, The Infinite Heart, The Illuminated Path, and her groundbreaking new CD, River of Light. Her music is featured in the documentary film The Sound You Feel: Vibrations of Healing. Her live perfor- mances have been called “powerful” and “deeply transformative”. Lawler was moved to offer this
concert event in the hope of helping people’s journeys through the holiday season get off to a beautiful start. “May the memories of the sound of Ashana and these readings continue to warm and open your heart into the new year, and that this concert may even lead you on a path toward healing body, mind and spirit.” People of all beliefs are welcome.
