Paul Taylor: CreativeDomain, a documentary filmwhich showcases the creation of ThreeDubiousMemorieswhich had itsworld premiere at theEisemannCenter in 2010, was released theatrically September 11, 2015 at the FilmSociety of LincolnCenter.


Jennifer Fermaint of Fermaint Photography in Plano, Texaswas named aDiamond Photographer of the Year during Professional Photographers ofAmerica’s 2015 International Photographic Competition.Mrs. Fermaint’swork featuringDFWmetroplex dancerswill be on display at theGeorgiaWorldCongressCenter in Atlanta,Georgia, Jan. 10-12, 2016. This International Photographic Exhibit is held in conjunctionwith Imaging USA<http://www.imagingusa.org/>, an annual convention and expo for professional photographers and several photographic asso- ciations.


Earlier this year, theU.S.House ofRepresentatives and theU.S. Senate each approved legislation to replace theNoChild Left BehindAct of 2001.Recently, a select congressional conference committee has begunwork to reconcile theEveryChildAchieves Act (S.1177) and the Student SuccessAct (H.R. 5) into a final piece of legislation. If successful, itwill be the first time in 14 years that federalK-12 education policy has advanced.Combined, the two bills contain 13 arts-friendly provisions, including retaining the arts as a core academic subjectwhich is a key legislative priority for the Obama administration.


Beginning in 2016, theCulturalData Projectwill provide the orga- nizational data collection platformforArts&Economic Prosperity 5 (AEP5),Americans for theArts’ fifth national economic impact study of the nation’s nonprofit arts and culture industry.
