Beaver 24 CNC, CNC pipe

fi nishing machine for pipe of Ø6” to Ø24”

CNC pipe fi nishing machine for inside and outside machining of the pipe

C

opier Bevelmachines is expanding the machine portfolio on metal pipe fi nishing machinery.

Our new innovation is the CNC

pipe fi nishing machine with both radial and axial feeding. Because of the feeding systems, especially tougher material like Stainless Steel, Duplex or Super Duplex can be easily machined because this machine is cutting the metal from outside down to inside, step by step. Therefore you could also easily machine heavy wall pipes, only the process takes longer. This machine is capable of outside and inside machining of the pipe, like bevelling, facing, squaring, deburring, tapering and threading. All these preparations or done without manually changing the tools in the chuck for a diff erent angle or shape. The metal pipe is clamped and the chuck with the cutting bits is preparing all the required angles and shapes controlled by the CNC system.

We off er these CNC pipe fi nishing machines in the following models, up to 8”, 16”, 24”, 30” and 48”. Copier Bevelmachines is manufacturing metal pipe fi nishing machinery for many years. This CNC technique is an innovation and is already implemented in projects now. Copier Bevelmachines now manufactured a 6” to 24” CNC pipe

fi nishing machine for a company that is only doing stainless steel pipes with thick wall. “We most of the time we invite potential customers to our factory to demonstrate particular machinery and to investigate what the specifi c needs there are in order to engineer an suitable solution, that fi ts the customer’s needs”.
