English Country Dance
You’ve seen it in movies like ‘Emma’ and ‘Pride and Prejudice.’ Queen Elizabeth I saw the common folk doing it and brought it to the English Court. Now it’s done all over the world, and you can do it too! English Country Dance is elegant, it’s aerobic, and it’s NOT hard! Wear sturdy shoes and comfortable clothing. No partner needed.
