ak Canyon Nature Center is a 58-acre natural park nestled in the Anaheim Hills. A year-round


is the John J. Collier Interpretive Center, a small museum with live animal and regional natural history exhibits. The Nature Center is the perfect place for you to learn about the wonders of the natural world in a tranquil setting. The trails are ideal for those who are just stepping into the wilderness for the first time or for those more experienced trekkers who are seeking a short hike.

Oak Canyon Nature Center's outdoor amphitheater is available on a rental basis for weddings, birthday parties, scout activities and special occasions. Let the Nature Center Staff help you make your next event the best ever. Amphitheater seats approximately 200.

DISCOVER NATURE FAMILY PROGRAM


Experience nature! FREE!


SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS, 10:30 AM-11:30 AM Come join us weekend mornings for an hour long, naturalist-led hike through Oak Canyon and live animal demonstration themed to the Canyon’s plants, ani- mals, history, ecology, and more! Wear closed toed shoes and comfortable clothing, and bring water.


ROOTS N' SHOOTS FREE!


SATURDAYS, 1:00 PM-2:30 PM - Young adults, age 12 and up, engage in service projects fo- cused on caring and concern for the natural environment, animals, and the community. High School students can earn community service hours. Comfortable work attire and closed toed shoes required. No reservations necessary. Please contact Oak Canyon Nature Center if group is 10 or more. Consent form needed for participants 17 and under. Help take care of the earth!
