LEARN TO SWIM PRIVATE LESSONS Prefer a one-on-one lesson for yourself or your child, or semi-private class for two children? Anyone with a fear of the water, a specific hurdle to get over regarding a particular skill, or desiring that full attention from an instructor can benefit from this format. We can accommodate your schedule, please call to arrange. Instructor: River Park Aquatic Center Staff $30 for .5 hour for 1 student $40 for .5 hour for 2 students together $50 for .5 an hour back-to-back for 2 students or one student/one hour.
LIFEGUARD TRAINING Interested in becoming a lifeguard? Train with our team of American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructors to earn nationally recognized two-year certification,
including lifeguard,
professional level CPR, AED and first aid. Must be age 15 min. and pass pre-course swim test: 300 yard continuous swim, 20 yard sprint with deep water brick retrieval and two minute tread water with legs only. Call to schedule a prescreening session: check your skills, register to attend and learn how to prepare for the course.
