Muay Thai Kickboxing (ages 6 & up and Adult) KIDS: A high energy class that incorporates Muay Thai, a form of kickboxing, running and strength training. Kids will build self esteem and will develop important character traits. ADULT: This class consists of Muay Thai, as well as cardio, strength training and sparring for those who would like the opportunity to try it. Students will learn techniques such as blocking and kicking along with basic mat skills that include rolling, take downs and applications. Classes run monthly and you can join at any time. Location: FP Field House Fee: $30/month payable to The City of Naples, by cash, check, Visa, Discover, American Express or Mastercard. Advanced registration is required.
