PrePass is the only bypass service that electronically screens carriers before their trucks go on the road, using the most current, accurate data available. All data used to screen carriers for bypass eligibility is subject to stringent security and pri- vacy requirements adopted by the HELP Board of Directors. HELP also offers PrePass Plus
