Choose from Tring in Hertfordshire, Forest Mere in Hampshire, Henlow in Bedfordshire or Springs in Leicestershire. Each resort offers sumptuous accommodation in elegant surroundings, delicious cuisine, treatments and therapists focusing on both inner health and outer beauty, not to mention the latest fitness trends.

You will enjoy a specialist spa treatment from the original spa pioneers to help restore your equilibrium (25 minutes long). You will also be revitalised with the added reward of two signature treatments selected by the world-famous Champneys beauty therapist team (25 minutes and 55 minutes).
Relax in our luxurious spa facilities such as our swimming pool, the steam room or the whirlpool during your time at Champneys.
If you can fit more into your day, there are also over twenty exercise classes for you to choose from as well as a fully equipped gym. Our Wellbeing Director recommends a country hike, indoor cycling and a core fusion class or perhaps you’d like to try an aqua, Zumba, or FitSteps classes to name just a few of those available.
