Company Performance and Risks Our performance is kept under review through quarterly reports against KPIs set at the beginning of the year. The Board also reviews progress against the Business Plan regularly throughout the year. We were satisfied with progress. A number of new KPIs have been identified, to be introduced in 2015, around the new work relating to practitioner and entity authorisation.
We also keep our risk register under regular review. The changes in the legal landscape and new activity areas identified new risk areas that IPS will keep under review.
Name Change IPS decided in 2013 to change its name to CILEx Regulation to reflect the grant of CILEx’s Royal Charter. The name change has been on hold pending the decisions on the practice rights application. We re-started the work to implement the name change towards the end of 2014 and will complete it in 2015.
