Emma Godden (1) has joined Teach First as Senior Officer for Representation following nearly three years as AGR’s Communications Manager. Emma has been replaced by Mailys Tokarski, (2) who has joined AGR from BNP Paribas. Natalie Say (3) has joined AGR as Finance Officer and PA to Chief Executive, Stephen Isherwood.

Publisher: The Education and Training Foundation Summary: “In November 2014, Nick Boles, Minister of State for Skills and Equalities, asked the Education and Training Foundation to lead a review of what employers and learners need from the maths and English qualifications taken by students who are not studying GCSEs.” The report found that more must be done to improve employers’ awareness and understanding of functional skills if the qualifications are to be respected. Louise Donaghy has been appointed as the Head of Employer Engagement at Loughborough University and Loughborough University London. In this role Louise will draw on her previous experience at the University’s Careers and Employability Centre to oversee all employer engagement in relation to graduate recruitment and student employability for both campuses. With the London campus, bringing ‘Enterprise Through the Curriculum’ will be a key feature of her new role, broadening collaborations with industry partners and embedding employer activities to develop programmes with business needs and students careers at the forefront. @louiseatlboro


Victoria Gould has been recruited to spearhead the advertising division of GRB – GRB Online. Based in the London office, the new GRB Online Manager brings a wealth of expertise from her five years with Totaljobs.

Emma Rees (4) and Megan Byrt (5) have joined Sten10 Ltd as consultant and graduate consultant respectively. Emma brings a wealth of experience from senior talent roles at Diageo


and Tate and Lyle. Megan completed her MSc in Business Psychology at Kingston University before working for a consultancy specialising in bespoke training solutions.
