PULSE8 REVEALS ITS 2015 GROWTH PLANS

A multi-media production company has announced plans to expand its operations following increased demand for its services. The Pulse8 Media team is currently working to secure

funding from private investment and specific government grants, to significantly grow the business and generate up to three further full-time positions during 2015. Over the past 12 months, the Bedfordshire company,

which specialises in producing video and visual motion content, has embarked on a busy production schedule. Through an introduction from a fellow Chamber

member BOBcat Digital, Pulse8 has been commissioned to produce five promotional videos for filter media manufacturer Warden Biomedia based in Luton. It has also produced a corporate video for an accountancy and tax specialist in Olney. Their current client Vauxhall Motors also awarded

Pulse8 a high profile project with tight timescale requirements, to produce a short cinema film to support the national launch of the its new Corsa in February. Pulse8 founder and managing director Paul Musselle,

said: “It’s hard to believe how quickly 2014 came and went, and the first quarter of 2015 has followed a similar course with Pulse8 Media’s production schedule being filled with new projects from current clients, alongside new business contracts secured. “We set out solid plans and initiatives to grow the

business in 2015 and beyond, and it’s rewarding to see this starting to come to fruition early in the year.”

CHARITY SEEKS BUSINESS HELP

Businesses are being invited to back a national campaign encouraging children to celebrate their gifts and talents. Potential Plus UK, based in

Bletchley, is holding its annual ‘It’s Alright to be Bright’ campaign in October. It is planning awareness raising activities in Milton Keynes encompassing a dressing up day on 23 October and a Big Family Weekend on 24 and 25 October and is seeking sponsorship of the campaign and its activity booklet as well recruiting volunteers. Chief executive Denise Yates

said: “We receive no funding to support this work and have to raise funds ourselves to be able to run events like this “Our aim is to celebrate the many

gifts and talents of all children, no matter who they are or where they live. At the same time, we are reminded that there are a number of children who feel isolated, misunderstood or ‘different’ because of their gifts and talents.”
