Notice is hereby given that The Museum of Kent has applied to Maidstone Borough Council on January 19th 2015 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at The Museum of Kent Life, To vary the licence in respect of the condition at Annex 3 , Namely: to remove the Special events condition: There shall be a maximum of 8 events per year where music may be discernible beyond the boundary of the premises and such events will shall operate between 10:00 and 18:00 only and replace with the condition
Special events condition: There shall be a maximum of 8 events per year where music will continue up to 2300 hours music noise levels in 63Hz or 125Hz octave frequency bands shall not exceed 70dB in any 15 minute period at 2km and beyond.
