Tyler Technologies, Inc., recently signed a contract with the
Boston Public School District to provide Tyler’s Versatrans transportation management system. Te agreement includes software licenses, professional services, maintenance and sup- port. According to Mike Hughes, director of transportation services for BPSD, their search committee spent a great deal of time reviewing the products available in the market.
Seon Design Inc., received a notice to proceed from Mont-
gomery (Ala.) Area Transit Systems. Seon will outfit the company’s paratransit and fixed route fleet with a total of 45 sys- tems to help promote a safe environment for both passengers and employees. Montgomery Area Transit utilized a Seon demo unit on one of its buses for a full year before choosing Seon as the company’s mobile surveillance system provider. ■
