Foothill Communities Association (FCA) hosted an old-fashioned BBQ at Irvine Park, for the first time completely free for its members due to the generosity of local businesses. Nieuport 17 owner Cameron Irons serves chili to Bank of California Manager Laura Araluce.
Terre and Carol Duensing, coordinators of the semi-annual Walk With A Friend event, are congratulated by Villa Park Councilwoman Diana Fascenelli, right. At least seven dogs found “fur-ever” homes. A large amount of bedding was donated to shelters, and families enjoyed raffles, vendors and seeing all of the cuddly pooches.
