EAS 2014
CONFERENCE PROGRAMME
EAS is the leading event in Europe for education, training, and professional development in the attractions and leisure industry.
It is with great pride that the IAAPA Europe Education Subcommittee presents this year’s programme. We have compiled a varied programme of seminars which will be of interest to all types of attractions and departments. With presentations on new technology, products and services, together with best practices and real-life case studies, there will be true take-home value for you to use to further advance your business.
We are happy to bring back the Water Park Forum which will take place at Center Parks de Eemhof. The Forum includes a tour of the facility, a Q&A session and two informative seminars presented by industry experts. The Forum will be of interest to all those involved in the water park business.
The indoor playground / FEC (family entertainment center) Conference Day returns for a fourth successive year. This full-day event is the single best source of information for owners, operators, and anyone interested in the indoor- play and FEC business. The Conference day gives you the opportunity to meet, network, and learn from some of the best operators in the indoor-play business.
The conference programme features operators and academics from across Europe and the rest of the world will share their expertise on how to make your attraction increase revenue, provide better service, improve profit, and attract more guests.
A very warm welcome – I hope you enjoy the EAS conference! Mike Brown
Chairman of the IAAPA European Education Subcommittee Commercial Director, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, United Kingdom
