Conference Programme All seminars take place in the Conference Room (F003-F005), located on the ground fl oor at Entrance F. Please look for the EAS Conference Programme sign.


Business Centre A business center is available from 09:00–17:00 in the Elysium on Floor–1 (Passage)


Coat and Baggage Check Coat and Baggage Check is located at the entrance of Hall 8 and in Hall 7; please look for the according sign.


Press Relations / Press Room The Press Room is located in room F101 in front of Hall 8 from 09:00– 18:00 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 09:00–16:00.

Internet / WiFi


Attendees can access free wireless Internet at the various restaurants located in Hall 7 and Hall 8.


First Aid /


Medical Emergencies The First Aid center is located at Hall 8 near Entrance F. Look for EHBO, the Dutch translation for First Aid.


Lost Badges and Tickets Lost badges can be reprinted for a replacement fee of EUR 25 at registration. Any lost tickets can be repurchased for the full fee of the event, as long as the event has not sold out.


Lockers Lockers are located at Entrance F for personal belongings they have


been provided by Eurolockers B.V. The money earned will be donated to a children’s charity.


Intellectual Property Infringement Offi ce The intellectual property infringement offi ce is located on the fi rst fl oor in front of Hall 8 in the Park Foyer.


Security Offi ce / Lost and Found The RAI security offi ce and lost and found are located on the ground fl oor of Entrance F.


IAAPA Central / Exhibit Sales Offi ce IAAPA Central and the IAAPA exhibit sales offi ce are located in booth 7406 in Hall 7.
