Meet Phoebe Rose. She is a Boston Terrier, avail- able for adoption through Boston Terrier Tennessee Rescue, covering the Southeast. Before being fos- tered by Dina, a Florida volunteer for the group, the dog was found wandering the streets in Naples. She was picked up by Collier County Animal Services. After two weeks, with no one claiming. her she had 24 hours left to live. Dina drove to the shelter to pull
