Fine Tubes receives additional approval


Fine Tubes, a leading global supplier of precision tube products, can announce its additional NORSOK approval, enabling the company to supply UNS S31254 seamless tubes across a comprehensive range of tube dimensions.


Chris Burridge, Customer Quality Engineer for Fine Tubes, commented: “The approval process allowed us to take a closer look

at our manufacturing activities for this particular product line  the requirements of NORSOK M-650.” The company secured this additional approval by aligning its manufacturing process with NORSOK M-650 requirements, and providing compliance through an audit undertaken by Parker  supply approval was made possible


n April 2015 (4th-14th April 2015)a small group of teenagers from Edenbridge/Four Elms under the umbrella of St’s Peter & Paul  


To do this they will each need to raise over £1,300 as this is no holiday and to quote Joshua Maynard, who went in April 2013, “I have an iPod, iPhone, Play station and a bed to sleep in with a roof over my head” and they have nothing.


ReBuild is designed to provide practical help to the local people in Mexico while creating cross-cultural understanding for the participants through direct exposure to the Mexican culture. Although the trip will change the lives of many local people, the goal of this project is to encourage individuals to understand the reality of poverty  neighbourhoods when back home.


Each family selected to be part of the ReBuild project will have had to get together enough funds to buy the small plot of land, this on average takes them  project will typically be an 11’x22’ two room home with concrete foundation and  in tents and having very basic amenities, young people from the Edenbridge area will help other groups build the homes from scratch. The structure is a simple

through a frame agreement with these two industry-leading companies, and adds them to the Statoil TR2000 approved suppliers list. Mr Burridge continued: “Having a place on the Statoil TR2000 approved supplier list will open up new opportunities that have been unavailable to us to date and will allow us to be more competitive in a fast growing market.
