Testing tube for automotive and heat exchanger manufacturers
R
esponding to the demand for higher quality products from automotive and heat
exchanger producers, Magnetic Analysis Corp. (MAC) recently supplied a major precision steel tube manufacturer in India with a Multi-Test system.
By using both Ultrasonic and Eddy Current technology, 100% coverage is provided, and reliable detection of ID, OD, and internal longitudinal and transverse defects, along with areas of reduced wall thickness, is ensured. Taking advantage of the unique test characteristics of both ultrasonic and eddy current technologies provides a superior and more accurate inspection result.
