SON!!!!!!!! Our first show of the season is Extrava- ganza. We have made a few changes this year with the hope that we don’t interfere with other shows. It will be held on Saturday June 21st starting at 9 am. We will have a full day of

Pg 64 (Reining Class)
Either of the two (2) WHAO-approved reining patterns or one NRHA or approved breed association pattern may be used and is to be selected by the judge of the class and used by all contestants in the class. Pattern is to be posted at least an hour prior to the class.
Pg 151 (Flag Race)
Rider races up one side of barrel, picks up flag, races around end marker, races back on opposite side of head barrel, deposits flag in barrel and runs across finish line. Rider may run a figure eight or straight down one side and back on the other. Flagstaff should be 8 ‑ 10 inches above drum. A one inch hardwood dowel is preferred. A single flake of hay or straw, or minimum 6 inches of sand is to be used at the bottom of the barrel.
