Jennifer Nichols was named the new deputy district attorney general in the Shelby County District Attorney General’s office. She was appointed to replace Carter Myers, who is retiring. Nichols joined the prosecutor’s office in 1991 and most recently served chief prosecutor for office’s Special Victims Unit.
