Since 1987, M.A.I. has been teaching teens
adults a
complete martial arts program, incorporating traditional karate with practical street wise self defense techniques that really work! Our programs are great for stress reduction and they provide a wonderful opportunity for greater health and fitness in a very non threatening environment. Training in the Krav Maga/Self-Defense class focuses on the forceful delivery of combative techniques as well as self-defense actions, designed for men and women. All classes offer a physical workout combined with ‘Real World Scenario’ drills designed to improve your ability to defend yourself. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Wraps and gloves are available for purchase at the first class. Instructor/Sensei: Rick Manos and Staff.

Adult Volleyball Clinic
Are you interested in learning to play volleyball? Come out and join us for 90 minutes of clinic style instruction and practice followed by match play. The program is structured for the beginner to intermediate level player 18 years of age or older and will feature traditional 6 vs. 6 indoor volleyball. The cost is $35 for 5 weeks beginning May 29. Instructors: Anaheim Community Services Staff.

Fulfill your childhood dreams! Let’s learn how to ride and handle horses. Gentle horses are used to teach haltering, leading, tying, grooming, and basic horsemanship. This class prepares riders for individual lessons. A $20 material fee is payable to the instructor on the first day of class. Instructor: Cheryl Skidmore.

Ice Skating for Adults
Beginning ice skating made fun and easy! Learn to skate forward and backward, glide on one foot, stop and more. Skate rental, public skating on the day of class, and three additional public skating passes to be used during the 4-week session are all included in the fee. Please arrive 15min early to the 1st class and dress warm. Class will not be held: 4/17, 4/23, 5/22, & 5/28. Instructor: Anaheim ICE Staff.
