must weigh-in Monday, April 7, either from 12 to 1 p.m. or 4 to 5:15 p.m. at the Empire State Plaza, Room 125 next to the nurse’s station in the southeast concourse. You must also attend the final weigh-in Monday, July 21, between 5 and 6 p.m. at PEF headquarters in Latham. At that time, $5 will be returned to participants.
