How is baby reflex taught? I

t is taught to parents by a fully qualified Reflexologist and Baby Reflex Practitioner, over a course of three weekly one hour themed workshops. During the workshops the parents practise on each other and by the end of the course will have the skills and confidence to perform the techniques on their own baby.

• Week 1 feeding & digestion • Week 2 sleeping & comforting • Week 3 well being

The sessions can be taught on a one to one basis with the parent or in groups of up to 8 parents. All learning tools are included - full course notes and foot charts to use at home, individual attention, tailoring of the techniques for baby’s particular needs and on-going support after the completion of the course.
