There’s lots to do at the Library!
Leeds Libraries, as well as supporting the Bookstart Scheme, have lots to offer families. There are over 30 story and rhyme times in libraries across Leeds
for children under 5 years, they are very friendly and completely free of charge.
Children under 5 years old can join the Bookstart Bear Club. This scheme means every time your child returns a book they will receive sticker and after 3 stickers they receive a specially designed certificate by a famous author.
There is so much on offer for children and young people including;
• free membership • free internet and computer access • free to borrow - books for all ages • free enquiry service to help with homework
• free workshops
From fantastic author events, performances and activities suitable for different ages, we guarantee there is something for everyone.
