introduced to the manager, Michael, and resident sushi expert, Yoshi. Attentive, personable and very knowledgeable about the menu and its ingredients. Taylor recommended


his favorite cocktails: the Singapore Sling—a classic 20th century favorite with quite a sneaky kick and a delightfully “different” cherry garnish; the Lemongrass Martini—refreshing as a Cambodian waterfall, a real lemongrass stalk flavors this elegant concoction; Brahma Berry—surprisingly restrained in the sweetness factor, the robust berry bouquet more than made up for the sucrose subtlety.
