Unique Art Course Series at Barefoot Beach

A

rt from the Heart, Journey to the Soul through Self- Expression, a new series of six art classes offered for the first time in this area from 9:30 a.m. to noon on September 21, at the Artist’s Studio on Barefoot Beach, in Bonita Springs, will inspire women to playfully ex- plore deep stirrings of the soul, connect with innate creativity and remove blocks to personal self-expression. Subsequent ses- sions will be held at the same time on September 28, October 12 and 26 and November 2 and 9. In a non-judgmental and supportive environment, fa- cilitators Elizabeth Stone Feldman, a local artist and photog- rapher, and Marjorie Ziff-Levine, a counselor and certified art teacher, will create a sacred space in which to elicit, examine and creatively celebrate the individual’s authentic, multifaceted self. A variety of expressive mediums and art genres will be used for exploration and experimentation as participants en- gage in the process of creation through sensory experience. Previous creative art experience is not required.
