Do you foresee the liberalisation and legalisation of online gaming in the United States affecting your business? We see online gaming as a great opportunity to enhance the total gaming experience for patrons and build loyalty across both land-based and online environments. Although land-based casinos remain popular with


their core demographic, younger patrons are seeking to consume gaming experiences across multiple platforms beyond traditional land-based slots. Therefore, it is very important for land-based operators to understand how they can appeal to both demographic groups while leveraging their live casino experience. Operators


that know how to build loyalty across different player demographics will differentiate themselves in an increasingly competitive environment. Land-based casinos may choose to leverage the live


casino experience as a way of rewarding high-value online patrons or identify high-value land-based patrons and provide a unique experience online. Casinos can encourage high-value players to visit their

TITO installation and create a single currency for the gaming floor, FutureLogic has introduced TableXchange to bring TITO to table games. This enables players to move effortlessly between slots and tables with standard cash out tickets, avoid queues at kiosks or cash cages and, most importantly, increase the number of table game hands per hour. Everyone loves to be a winner and show off their winning ticket and the cash out TITO ticket is the perfect medium for that. Casinos can now upgrade existing TITO- ready slot machines to become ‘promotional couponing engines’ and link promotions with slot play behaviour while increasing average net win across the floor. FutureLogic’s PromoNet solution enables casinos to
