Alternative-fuel pioneer John Clements recently retired from Kings Canyon (Calif.) Unified School District after 39 years in the student transportation industry. Known for thinking outside of the box, Clements has opened a consultant business and has become involved in the new Clinton Global Initiative to potentially develop a new electrified school bus.
