WK Corporate Finance LLP appoints new corporate finance director
WK Corporate Finance LLP (WKCF), the corporate finance arm of top 20 UK chartered accountancy firm Wilkins Kennedy LLP, has appointed Philippa Robinson as director to cover the Thames Valley and Surrey regions.
Robinson and corporate finance executive Sam Meacher will be based in the Wilkins Kennedy Winchester offices.
Collaborating with CW Fellowes through their membership of global accounting organisation IAPA, the WK Corporate Finance team will work on corporate finance projects across five regional Wilkins Kennedy offices, including: Guildford, Egham, Reading, Winchester and Romsey.
Experienced corporate finance specialist Robinson is chairperson of global accountancy association IAPA’s European Corporate Finance offering and has over 20 years of experience in the corporate finance arena.
Her specialisms include: working with SMEs, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buyins and
buyouts and due diligence across a wide range of market sectors, including: manufacturing, healthcare and information technology.
Robinson said: “Despite the current economic conditions there is still a very strong market for business growth through corporate finance transactions and we are continuing to see a great deal of merger and sales activity across the region.”
