On completion of the course, the interns are ready to apply their new teaching skills on a placement in a Kindergarten, Primary, Middle or High School, working alongside Chinese teachers for the following five months. Placements are in locations throughout China and are allocated according to participants’ preferences and suitability.

The programme fee of £2259 covers the six-month experience outlined above, plus BUNAC’s comprehensive service and benefits, which include help and advice with visa application, flight bookings, pre- and post-trip health screening, as well as transfers, discounts, a
