MEET THE TEAM AT GRADS.CO.UK!

Here at Grads.co.uk, we aren’t made up of stuffy business men who think they know what it’s like to be a student having spent a couple of days doing a health and safety course. No, in fact, we’re made up of several recent graduates, a Managing Director who likes to think he’s still a student, an Account Manager who is 30, but swears she’s 21 and a few young-uns who are training on the job, to name a few.

In addition to this we have 200+ bloggers who contribute to the site; resulting in a lot of different experiences, advice and cringe- worthy stories. Our bloggers provide first-hand tips on what it’s like to be a graduate/student and what they’re doing to take their first steps onto that career ladder.

We share the trials and tribulations of all of these bloggers, regardless of their degree scheme, allowing you to sympathise, take advice and encourage them on their journey. Furthermore, our interaction with these bloggers allows us to grasp just what it is that students and graduates are looking for from employers.

With numerous top brands advertising with Grads.co.uk, including Barclays, O2 and Deutsche

Bank, we want to be able to provide them feedback with what graduates are looking for in their career search. So, if you fancy having a go at writing/recording for our blog – get in touch with us today!!

In every issue we’ll be putting one of our Top Bloggers posts into Grad Mag, and this is Melissa’s first article for Grads…

So, while other students complain about the injustice of not being paid for their hard work on an internship, I believe that another issue has reached boiling point: to make tea, or not to make tea? Taking the drinks orders of your colleagues has been the staple work experience task for generations (along with the
