Teens jump for joy


MORE than 60 stu- dents at Cornwall Col- lege in Camborne cele- brated the fruits of months of hard work and hours of exams when they collected their A-level results. One hopeful, Tom Bungay, 19 from Illo- gan, received an A* in electronics, A in maths and C in further maths which are the grades he needed to study a


mathematics degree at York University this month. Tom said: ‘I’m so glad I got these results which are what I needed to get my place at York. I’ve literally just found out that my place has been con- firmed and I’m so happy and relieved!’
