New design, PI #79940A, has paper material removed from gasket to combat the issue of valve body clogging. As of date code 12146 you will notice new gasket in our K79900HX overhaul kit family. A new smart phone app that identi-
fies automatic transmissions in virtu- ally any vehicle in the world is now available free of charge from Corteco, the supplier of TransTec® transmission and power steering kits. Developed specifically to elimi-
nate confusion over look-alike trans- missions, the mobile app identifies transmissions by vehicle make, model, year, and engine. The Transmission-by-Vehicle app
includes global coverage of import and domestic applications through the 2012 model year, so you can determine that a 2012 Citroën Elysée with L4 1.6L engine has a 4-speed front wheel drive transmission (model AL4).
