ALTHOUGH YOU CAN’T DRIVE PAST the gas pumps all together, you can go a little further before having to stop and fill up your rig. When Keith Andersen first
introduced me to the Fuel Stick at the Snowbird RV Show and Sale in Abbotsford, I was more than skeptical. Not only did I doubt that I would get better fuel mileage with my Dodge, I was worried about dropping chunks of an unknown substance into my gas tank. I had visions of my truck breaking down on the Coquihala and then explaining to the tow truck driver that I dropped little pieces of “Fuel Stick” into my gas tank. Can you imagine how quiet the drive back to the service centre would be?
Well I was proven wrong – so wrong. Te Fuel Stick is a complex blend
of highly refined renewable organic chemicals designed specifically to blend with gasoline, diesel and 2
stroke mix to increase performance and reduce fuel consumption. While reducing my fuel consumption, the Fuel Stick is also cleaning, lubricating and protecting my fuel system and compression chambers in my Durango. Another huge plus is the Fuel Stick reduces harmful emissions. When I stopped at Whatcom Road
to fill up (as it seems to be the cheapest gas in the Lower Mainland), I followed the easy instructions and inserted Fuel Stick directly into my gas tank. I was curious (and nervous) about what would happen. As I headed north back to the
Okanagan, I noticed more power and more torque within a half an hour of my most recent fill. I couldn’t believe it. With the amount of traveling I do, I know every stop where I need to fill up and grab a snack. Since I started using the Fuel Stick – it through my entire routine off. On average I travel an additional 175km per tank of fuel – that is more than a 20% increase.
Since I’ve started using the Fuel
Stick, I’ve done some additional research (as I really couldn’t believe the results) and I’ve discovered some pretty interesting facts. In the beginning, when I was leery of jamming a foreign object into my gas tank, I didn’t realize that the manufacturer actually has 5 million dollars of General Liability insurance. Te fact that they are able to get the insurance as a result of their extensive testing, would have put my mind at ease right from the start. Te amount of continued testing they do is also very impressive. If better fuel economy, lower
maintenance costs, more power, more torque and a more efficient vehicle are important to you – then you need Fuel Stick.
