Inside District Court

• Tey review MAJ’s Strategic Plan for current or future revisions, adjusting as deviations from earlier analysis are discovered.

• Tey look at both the political aspects and

operational needs of the Association while thinking strategically.

• Volunteer leaders help determine ways to present initiatives to members for their consideration via confident and consensus-driven decision making.

• Tey guide future plans of action to help leave a positive leadership legacy.

• Tey identify future leaders, and provide them the opportunity to get involved.

• Tey appreciate that MAJ adapts to sustain its relevancy.

• Volunteers become a resource that helps respond quickly to changes in the profession and the Association.

Probably the most critical question our leaders

and volunteers ask is “what is in the best interest of the Association?”

As in past years, with this year’s board members and

volunteers, there is another opportunity for renewed potential for MAJ. Members, this is your association — make your voice heard on issues that are critical to your business and the clients you serve. Better yet, visualize yourself as a volunteer and join our ranks! 
