(1) Neil Thomas ‒ ICT Sales Adviser Atlas Communications


Neil has over 17 yearsʼ experience in the Telecommunications industry, dealing with a wide range of SMEʼs in Northern Ireland. Having 15 yearsʼ experience in BT alone he has more recently worked for other local providers. Neil is responsible for generating new businesses and managing accounts to provide a total business solution for Atlas customers.


(2) Angelena Kearney ‒ Administration Manager Atlas Communications Angelena has recently joined Atlas Communications as Administration Manager. Initially she will be involved in the implementation of new call handling platforms and she will oversee the customer service team to ensure that Atlas customers receive the very best service possible. Angelena has 15 yearsʼ experience in a customer focused role at management level and is sure to be an asset to the Atlas team.


(3) Kerri McKee ‒ Customer Services Advisor Atlas Communications Kerri has recently joined Atlas Communications in the Customer Care team. She will be focused on handling incoming customer queries to ensure quick resolution, communicating with customers and processing information to ensure the smooth operation of the Customer Care team.


(4) Conor Ewings ‒ SME Sales and Business Support Executive Atlas Communications Conor was employed by Atlas in November 2011 in the position of SME Business & Sales Support Executive. Conor has an extensive background in Systems Management and ICT, previously working for an established local radio station. His role at Atlas is fast paced with a focus on providing support for the sales teams whilst maintaining a portfolio of his own direct sales.


(5) Deirdre St John has been appointed environmental and planning solicitor at A&L Goodbody. In her new role she will advise public and private sector clients on regulatory and due diligence issues (non‑ contentious), defending proceedings and representing clients in judicial reviews

Deirdre also advises clients on licensing applications, appeals and the wider commercial aspects of bookmaking and liquor licensing, including banks and insolvency practitioners on licensing issues associated with their portfolios of distressed assets. Deirdre has represented an array of clients, including waste management companies, pharmaceuticals, food business operators, bookmakers, licensed premises and catering groups. She was seconded to the arc21 Residual Waste Treatment Project team for 12 months, where she liaised with arc21ʼs Project Board, Steering Group, Joint Committee and constituent councils.


(6) Jane Askin has been appointed HR Manager at Robinson Services Limited. Jane has 10 years HR experience gained within the FMCG and IT sectors and will be responsible for the provision of expert advice to managers/employees on a wide range of HR matters and people management issues, the formulation and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of performance within the company and compliance with legislation and best practice in all areas of HR and people management.


(7) Bruce Logan has been appointed Business Development Representative at Robinson

He spent the previous two years working for a estate agents and prior to that had helped run a family business that manufactured, imported and distributed menʼs outerwear to retailers throughout the island of Ireland. Bruce will be responsible for developing business for the Hygiene, Washroom, Laundry and Workwear divisions for Robinson Services.


(8) Fergal Casey has been appointed Business Development Representative at Robinson Services Limited. Previously Fergal was managing Director of an office supplies company and he will be responsible for developing business for the Hygiene, Washroom, Laundry and Workwear divisions.


(9) Gemma Bell has been appointed Corporate Relations Executive at Diageo Northern Ireland. She will lead on Diageoʼs media and public policy agenda and will manage the implementation of internal and external corporate relations programmes supporting its CSR and community outreach initiatives. Gemma has extensive experience working in consumer PR and across a number of Diageoʼs brands in her previous position. She is a graduate of University of Ulster at Jordanstown with a first class honours degree in Communication, Advertising and Marketing and in Professional Practice with accreditation.
