Marios Poumpouris – managing director – Chiller Box, Tottenham.
Chiller Box was launched in 2004 by Marios and his business partner from a spare bedroom at his home. The company designs, supplies and installs commercial kitchens for restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes, hotels and schools across the UK, supplying catering equipment and refrigeration, as well as air conditioning systems. Eight years on, it employs a team of eight with ancillary services such as marketing and IT support sub- contracted out.

Chris Bartlett – managing director – GCS Recruitment Specialists, Reading.
GCS Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy representing permanent and contract staff, covering the technology, digital media, engineering, financial, accountancy and sales sectors.
Director of the Year - over £100M turnover (two winners)
John Beament – group managing director – Longcross Construction, Ashtead, Surrey.
Longcross operates as a main contractor in the construction sector, specialising in design and build projects across a number of sectors, including commercial, education, health, leisure, public sector and retail.

Young Director of the Year
Boris Wolstenholme – chief executive officer – A J Walter Aviation, Horsham, West Sussex.
Director of the Year - £5 - 24.99m turnover
Tim Phillips – director – Moorhouse Consulting, Holborn, London.
Management consultants Moorhouse, work with FTSE 500 companies and government organisations looking to transform their operations across a number of areas, including delivering cost transformation, optimising new product development, delivering value from ICT consolidation and improving project and programme delivery. Tim Phillips has been with the company for six and a half years.
A J Walter Aviation is a specialist in the supply, exchange, repair and lease of spare parts for aircraft. Its award-winning 24/7 AOG critical response service guarantees delivery from a significant inventory of Airbus and Boeing spare parts valued in excess of $425m. As well as its UK base, it operates out of Dubai, Singapore and Miami, with a total of 310 employees.
Wolstenholme joined the company’s logistics centre 16 years ago as a graduate trainee. Having worked his way up through the operations, sales and commercial departments, he took on the role of commercial director for three years before he was voted by the board to become CEO in October 2009 since when he has overseen dynamic company growth of over 60%.
