Learn to play Petanca at the Homes, Garden and Outdoor Living Show.

The Castillo de Conesa Petanca Club are raising Money for Emaus Children’s Homes by promoting Petanca at the Homes Garden and Outdoor Living Show.

The event will take place on the 22nd and 23rd of May from 12 noon ‘til 4pm, as well as holding a competition they are keeping 1 piste free to teach the public how to play the game so if you would like to know how to play Petanca you can have instruction for just 1€ with all monies going to Emaus. The Petanca club will also have a tombola stand helping to raise extra money for Emaus, do you have any unwanted gifts you could donate to the club to help boost the prizes on the tombola stand? If so please bring them along when you visit the show.

Due to the shortage of money the Emaus volunteers are finding it difficult to keep the children supplied with soap, toothpaste, tooth brushes, deodorant, toilet rolls, baby cream and disposable nappies. If you have any of the these items to spare please bring them along to the Petanca club or the Emaus stand on either Tuesday 22nd or Wednesday 23rd May.

Celebrities Steve Claridge and Dick Handscombe will be at the show on both days and Charlie Dimmock will be arriving on the Wednesday plus there will be face painting for the children from 4pm ‘til 8pm each day so come along as this is going to be two fun packed days for all the family to enjoy.

Admission to Homes Garden and Outdoor Living Show is just 2€ and this ground breaking event is open from 11am ‘til 8pm with masses of parking, stands and entertainment so come along and support the businesses, entertainers and charities as well as having a great day out.
