In recent years, Hapimag has acquired a number of prime properties in Great Britain. In 1998 the company began with a residence at Lancaster Gate in London, through partners Hapimag has offers at resorts in Cornwall, Scotland and Staffordshire. The acquisition of Burnside Park in 2008 allowed the company to gain a foothold in the Lake District and the impressive Bowness Resort now houses the UK headquarters. To become a member of Hapimag you need to become a co-owner and once you are, you are then awarded annual


reservation points allied to the number of shares you own; these can then be spent on well-deserved holidays in any of the Hapimag Resorts. When you stay at one of the company’s addresses you only have to pay a local charge for services. An annual subscription is calculated on a per share basis and this is used to pay for taxes and administration costs as well as maintenance and upkeep of the properties that all members collectively own.


Malcolm and his team are planning a major recruiting campaign and the Hapimag name will soon become much more familiar here in Great Britain.
