Unique M.A. Degree in Organizational Leadership Available this Fall! T

he Graduate Institute of Bethany, CT is pleased to announce enrollment for the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. This one-of-a-kind program offers a creative, dynam-

ic, and transformative approach to leadership, and is the only M.A. currently available in this field anywhere in the state of Connecticut. According to program designer Dr. Mel Toomey, leaders are traditionally assumed to be those with positions of authority. But leadership as we know it is changing. Today’s lead- ers need to be able to guide others, not just provide authority, and embrace leadership as an ever-evolving phenomenon. “You know you are leading when people around you are inspired by their own brilliance,” says Dr. Toomey. The Graduate Institute’s M.A. in Organizational Leadership is grounded in a highly

interactive learning model, where participants design and execute real-time initiatives that directly impact their work. Classes meet just one weekend per month (Friday night and Sat- urday) and are designed to fit the schedules of busy working adults. Interested candidates can contact an Admissions Representative at (203) 874-4252 or via email at info@learn.edu. The Graduate Institute will offer a free information session on Wednesday, April 18 at 5:30 pm. To RSVP, visit www.learn.edu/events. See ad on page 15.
