You’ll never want store-bought vegeta- ble juice again!


1 whole fennel (base and stems) 1 whole bunch celery (base and stems) 2 red bell peppers 1 clove garlic 2 large carrots 3 granny smith apples, cored Juice all of the ingredients. Stir well and enjoy. Makes about 1 quart
