LAKE WINNI HISTORICAL SOCIETY TO HOST ST. PATRICK’S DAY


HIGH STAKES BINGO FUNDRAISER The Lake Winnipesau-


kee Historical Society will be holding their annual, St. Patrick’s Day, High Stakes Bingo game at the Funspot Bingo Hall on Rte 3 in The Weirs on Satur- day, March 17th. The Historical Society


has been raising funds with bingo games to en- hance and maintain their showplace museum in The Weirs for the last fourteen years. The St. Patrick’ Day


special game has always been the highlight over the years. With over $10,000 in


prize money to be awarded in over 20 games, includ- ing an early session, three giant Winner-Take-All games and $2400 guar- anteed on the carryover coverall, it is sure to be, as it always is, the biggest game in the area. Cost for a bingo pack-


age ranges from $13-$40 for the early session to $25-$65 for the evening session. Bingo comput- ers will also be available, while they last, for a six- dollar rental fee. You can play both ses- sions or just one. A variety of pull-tab tick-


ets will also be sold during both sessions, with vary- ing jackpots and payouts. The Historical Society has paid out jackpots as big

served by Patrick’s Pub of Gilford, who will offer full meals as well as sand- wiches, hot dogs, desserts and beverages. Doors will open at 2pm


with the early session set to go at 4:30 and the eve-


ning session kicks off at 6:45pm. So get on your green


and get ready to win some green on March 17th at The Funspot Bingo Hall.
