LAVENDER BISCUITS TO ATTRACT LOVE
Ingredients
125 gr. (4 oz.) butter 125 gr. (4 oz.) sugar 250 gr. (8 oz.) flour 1 tbsp. dried or fresh lavender 1 egg
Juice and lest of an untreated lemon
½ tsp. baking powder 1 pinch of salt Method
Mix all the ingredients together and knead until the dough is firm. Line a baking tin with baking paper. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Use pastry cutters and cut out shapes from the dough. Place on the lined baking tin. Bake in a preheated oven on medium temperature until the surface is light brown. Remove and set to cool.
