• Integralis, the UK’s largest provider of IT security and information risk management solutions, has promoted Ian Rigby to UK sales director. Rigby, who joined Theale- based Integralis in 2007 as business unit director, will be responsible for continuing to grow the company’s market share of the managed security, consulting and technology integration services in the UK. • Tom Poole has joined Grant Thornton’s corporate finance lead advisory team as an associate director in Reading. Poole’s appointment follows the addition of Matt Stamp as associate director earlier this year and further strengthens the Thames Valley team. Previously, Poole spent 10 years working on mid-market M&A deals for Deloitte in Reading.


• Manches Thames Valley has announced the arrival of David Pritchard as its new head of litigation. He will be taking over from present head of department Julie Bond to allow her to focus on her regulatory, professional negligence and commercial dispute practice. Formerly a partner at Buckinghamshire firm, B P Collins, Pritchard brings 20 years of dispute resolution experience to add to the already strong Manches team. Described as “intelligent and aggressive where necessary”, Pritchard’s experience of international arbitration, mediation and chancery litigation in fields ranging from

• Clifton Ingram LLP solicitors has announced that Carl Rae (above right) and Anne Deller (above left) from the firm’s Wokingham office have both been promoted to partner. Carl Rae works in the firm’s dispute resolution department and has experience in just about every area of litigation with six important cases recorded in the official law reports. Rae has extensive experience in handling a wide variety of commercial disputes and in resolving them through negotiation, mediation and court proceedings as well as particular expertise in the fields of personal injury, property and factoring. Deller has specialised in family law for over 14 years. She acts for high-net-worth clients in divorce proceedings and has significant experience of all aspects of family law including emergency applications, enforcement and pre-nuptial agreements. She represents clients in complex children cases, including those with an international aspect or involving social services.
