This is a question that comes up all the time when I am working with my cli- ents to help them develop their Core Purpose Process™. And what I help them to discover is they, like every other service-based professional have a process they use while working with clients (even if they don’t realize it).


Most passion-driven business women have never really considered whether or not they have a process, they just do what they do, helping clients expe- rience transformation and healing. But, the truth is, upon closer examination, it becomes clear that each and every one of them has a distinct and unique

process and way of delivering their wisdom and helping their clients cre- ate these transformative experiences.


You may have never thought of it in those terms before, but if you take a step back and think about how you work with clients, whether in a workshop or one on one, there are certain pieces of information you need to uncover, there are certain experi- ences or exercises you lead them through and at the end of it, they have shifted from where they were through a transformative experience to a new place. And if you look really closely, you will discover some key steps that you and the client take together to create this transformative experience, these key steps make up your Core Purpose Process™.


Developing Your Core Purpose Process™


In order to consistently be able to support, create and witness client transformations using your Core Purpose Process™, you need to have a clear understanding of where your typical client enters the process and where they end up when they finish. This allows you to create a clear path from point A to point B and create consistent outcomes for your clients.
