Science, we learn, has determined that the old adage, “what you see is what you get” can now be enhanced by the view, “what you bring is what you get.” It turns out, as Dianne explains, “we live in an Observer-Created Reality!” OK. OK. You didn’t sign up for a science class and you’re not into learn- ing about the fundamentals of string theory; yet the quantum world Collins speaks of is as majestic as a bird in flight, as powerful as the changing tides and as accessible as your next breath. It is our birthright, our inheritance and nothing less than evolution unfold- ing before our very eyes. The quantum realm is the new foundation upon which our children and grandchildren will build their lives. As Dianne con- cludes her sweep of the vast horizon before us, she laughs, gathers her pa- pers from the veranda table, opens the sliding glass door and beckons me into a new world – the world of Quantum- Thinking, a system that will undoubt- edly rock your world too. I discovered in our short conversa- tion that we (collectively and individu- ally) are thinking inside a realm that has become antiquated. We made the leap from the Industrial Age to the Conceptual Age, a term coined by career analyst Dan Pink; and now, according to Collins, we are in the Quantum Age, a new world view that is calling us to attune to and ex- perience a higher state of awareness and to honor our evolutionary process. I remember when Gary Zukav, au-
thor of Seat of the Soul, became a regular on Oprah at the turn of this century and wooed us to acknowledge our multi-di- mensional nature. Oprah got a lot of flak for espousing this yet she stood steadfast. Why? Because we have been preparing ourselves to step into the quantum realm where all things are possible and all things are revealed. So pause for a nano- second, take a breath and acknowledge that reality is being shaped in this very moment by our own observations and intent. We can truly transform ourselves and the world by creating consciously and intentionally. A least action pathway has no conscious aware- ness. It is a stimulus-response. Even though we think we have choices and make decisions, you and I are merely defaulting to the mechanical ways that have been set in motion by habit. I, like so many spiritual seek- ers, have become so enamored with my quest that I forgot how to listen anew. When I realized, I cannot know what I do not know, I was able to let go. “This is one of the important distinctions in the QuantumThink system,” Dianne ex- plained. It’s about moving from success to mastery. It’s about knowing what to do in the moment and doing it.
