The alternative was the 250+ acres right next to the Ther-
mal airport. The only problem was it was deep in the desert and there were no trees, making it a flat and harsh environ- ment. Promises that things would eventually be beautiful were not necessarily received with belief, and certainly there was doubt. It is time!!! The HITS Thermal facility is maturing and the
