Educational Tours at Seabreeze Organic Farm
ego schools, is offering an educational farm tour to the public during August. Participants will learn about the importance of knowing where food comes from and how food is grown for customers of the Farm’s community supported agriculture (CSA) initiative. Attendees are invited to walk the farm and view vertical growing and permac- ulture installations and traditional grow- ing techniques that produce a maxi- mum yield and sustain the farm and its CSA subscribers.
S Children are welcome and can en-
joy the stimulation provided by outdoors activities, nature and the many rescued animals, each of which serves an impor- tant purpose at the farm. At just over an hour, the tours offer participants the op- portunity to spread knowledge, engage the mind and stimulate enthusiasm to save resources and care for the Earth.
